No problem! Fitness expert, trainer, and author <a href=\"https:\/\/kathykaehler.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kathy Kaehler<\/a> has a special routine designed for orcas who are forced to live in tiny, chemically treated tanks at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seaworldofhurt.com\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SeaWorld<\/a>. Did you know moves like &#8220;floating listlessly&#8221; and &#8220;cry out for your baby&#8221; are great for the core?<\/p>\n<p>Kathy has worked with some of the world&#8217;s most famous celebrities. Now she&#8217;s taking on her biggest client yet\u2014some even weigh up to 12,000 pounds! So why is she including moves like &#8220;grind your teeth&#8221; to help these captive orcas get their &#8220;beach bod&#8221;? As she explains in the video, &#8220;Because you [orcas] live in such a barren and stressful environment, you&#8217;re going insane, gnawing at the walls and biting the bars, wearing your teeth down to the nubs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The video&#8217;s ending reminds viewers that orcas at SeaWorld are dying prematurely. Forty-one have died on the park&#8217;s watch, at an average age of only 14 years old\u2014and <em>not one of them<\/em> has reached the maximum life expectancy of an orca in the wild.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not just orcas who suffer at SeaWorld.
