They sterilized a whopping <strong>11,929 animals<\/strong>, including 6,765 cats (409 of them were feral) and 5,159 dogs (1,045 of them were pit bulls). Meet just a few of our happy clients:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.peta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2015clients.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.peta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2015clients-602x602.jpg\" alt=\"2015clients\"\/><\/a>\n<\/figure>\n<p>We also <strong>transported more than 807 animals<\/strong> to and from our clinics for free, as their guardians had no transportation.<\/p>\n<p>PETA has helped thousands of guardians keep their animal companions by offering them information about animal-friendly housing, assistance with companion-animal care, and other tips.<\/p>\n<p>And we added a <strong>fourth mobile spay\/neuter clinic<\/strong> to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peta.org\/about-peta\/learn-about-peta\/helping-animals-in-hampton-roads\/snip\/\">Mobile Clinics Division<\/a> so that we could help even more animals and their families.
